- Objective: Investing to construct the traditional tourism, entertainment and "return-to-the-roots" tourism at the historical forest and expand to the lake with the infrastructure for the passenger marina to take the tourists to visit the lake and to the islands etc.

- Location: Duong Minh Chau Historical Forest Area, Duong Minh Chau District, Tay Ninh Province.

- Scale: Depending on the particular location, project and the ability, the investors will decide the suitable scale for the project.

- Traffic system: About 90 km away from Ho Chi Minh City, it is possible to connect with the tourism areas inside and outside the province and international tourism areas.

- Potential: This is the relic where the South Vietnam National Liberation Front was established. The State invested in the central area and infrastructure outside the fences. With nearly 200 ha of forest of more than 30 years old, right on Dau Tieng Lake, this area is very suitable for developing the traditional tourism, return-to-the-roots tourism and other tourism types associated to forest and lake. When invested, this area will be the place of the activities associated to the historical locations: the Tunnels of Cu Chi, South Vietnam Revolutionary Base in Boi Loi, Ba Den Mountain, Central Office for South Vietnam etc…
